T4 & Relevé 1 tax slips

As is the case for any legal person working in Quebec, federal and provincial income tax is deducted from each pay. You are responsible for filing your income tax return no later than April 30 of each year. For tax filing purposes, Serviko will provide you with your tax slips for the work where your employer was Serviko and this no later than February 28 of each year.

Change of address or telephone number, permanent social insurance number, renewal of a work permit, bank information or other information.

If at any time there is a change with the personal information we have on file for you, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to forward us updated information.
